All orders under $200 will be charged a $10 dollar processing fee. To avoid COD charges, please talk to your representative about alternative forms of payment such as (ACH, credit card).

Same Day Shipping Deadline

Order must be placed by 3 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

We accept business checks, money orders, cashier check, ACH and wire transfer, and credit cards (Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover).

SportLife accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. Discontinued or expired products will not be accepted. For returns, please call 877-778-2787 and get authorization prior to returning any products. Please allow 5 business days for any credits to be applied to your account.

All Returns must have the following:

  1. Invoice Number
  2. Product Description / Product Code and Quantity
  3. Dates of Purchase (all returns must be must be within 60 days of purchase)
  4. Reason for Return (damage, incorrect, customer error end user, etc.)

MisPick/Shorts

In the event of an error or short please call us within 24 hours so we may remedy any error immediately.

Undeliverable Orders

Any order that is returned as undeliverable will be charged a restocking fee of 15% plus any shipping charges.

Damaged Product

In the rare occurrence you receive product that was damaged in transit, please call your account executive so we may take the necessary action to replace any damaged items.
